Sow my Dream is set to become the lead organisation for an Educational River Area on the Blavet !

Sow my Dream is delighted to be involved in this innovative and meaningful project: helping younger generations to discover and protect their environment.

What is an Educational River Area?

This is a natural area – in this case, the Blavet – entrusted to the pupils. Leur mission ? To become the guardians of this living heritage, by taking concrete steps to protect and promote it.

Pupils and teachers from Langroix School in Hennebont, with the support of Margot, our mediator:

  • Explorent les écosystèmes du fleuve et de ses rives,
  • Strengthen their ties to the local area,
  • Develop their creativity and curiosity, acting as true ambassadors for biodiversity.

This project is based on a participatory approach to education: through a ‘children’s council’, they are involved in decisions that have a direct impact on their learning environment. An approach that fosters commitment, pride and inspiration!

At Sow my Dream, we firmly believe that education is the key to a sustainable future, and this project perfectly embodies our ambition to learn from nature and take action.
